About the Session a) Total # of Sessions Package: 48 b) Recommended at least once a week: Choose a Locked-In Day if available c) Choose a Locked-In Slot: AM (9-12n) or PM (2-5) d) Each Session is 3 Hours About Services out of Metro Manila a) May be arranged: Client to provide car with driver, gasoline, pay tolls, car park and other incidentals b) Boarding and Lodging at Client's expenses About Pre-Termination a) Either party may pre-terminate with minimum grace period of (1) One Month advance notice About the Fees, Terms and Conditions a) Rate per session: Vary. SME gets discounts b) Please Withhold 10% Professional Tax. Provide us a copy of BIR 2307. Then, we will send the OR (Official Receipt) when receipt of payment. MODE OF PAYMENT: Semi-Monthly Retainer via deposit to our Bank Account (any branch). Scan and e-mail to us the validated slip. Allow 2 to 3 days for checking.
