About the Project Management Services a) Package Period: 12 months (PLS. DISREGARD # OF HOURS STATED) b) Recommends at least once a week Progress Development c) Set Date and Time of Weekly Meeting / Working (at Site or On-Line) at least One Week Before Advance Notice (subject to availability) About Services out of Metro Manila a) May be arranged: Client to provide car with driver, gasoline, pay tolls, car park and other incidentals b) Boarding and Lodging at Client's expense About Pre-Termination a) Either party may pre-terminate with minimum grace period of (1) One Month b) PDCs unserved, will be surrendered to the Client About the Package Fees, Terms and Conditions a) Package Price: Vary. SME gets discounts b) Down Payment of 30% Non-Refundable upon MOA signing. Balance of 70% will be divided by 12 months. If in PDCs, can give discount. c) Please Withhold 10% Professional Tax. Provide us a copy of BIR 2307. Then, we will give the OR (Official Receipt) when receipt of payment. PAYMENT METHOD: When we received your booking, you will hear from us within the week. 1.
